What a brilliant dental experience! The dentist and dental nurse I saw were both so lovely and reassuring, im so happy that I chose this practice for my appointment, honestly couldn’t fault them in any way.. I have never come across such caring and friendly staff in a dental practice before, I’ll be sure to recommend Riyo Dental to friends and family!

I rang up on Friday evening and was seen on Saturday!! Th hey did a X-ray and the I need to have to remove my tooth! They put me at ease throughout and we could have breaks when it got a bit too much! I would highly recommend them!

The staff were all friendly and welcoming, in a very professional setting. I am very pleased with the work I had done.. better than expected after was told by NHS dentist they couldn’t do anything for me to repair an old crown. Well worth the money. 🙂 thank you

A very big thank you to dentist Mr Duale and his assistant. I hate and fear dental visits. I wasn’t sure how I would get through this visit despite the rhetoric of “you will be fine”. I had an extensive root canal filling which effectively seems to have saved my tooth. What an amazing experience not nervous of dentists anymore a very big thank you to everyone involved, would definitely recommend Riyo Dental.

Referred by my normal dentist as I needed a root canal on one of the back teeth which is more complex than the others. Booked me in the same day and the dentist was really good. I didn’t feel a thing! The reception is nice and welcoming and the building was easy to find.

I had toothache for about a week had an emergency appointment at my usual dentist, that didnt solve the problem at all, tried to get in again with no look and any dentist around me in Chester, Came across Riyo and got an appointment within 2hrs, talked me through the issue and treated it straight away, super professional and friendly, I couldn’t recommend them more, wish they had a practice near Chester so I could join

I’m a little late with my review as it’s the first I’ve ever done but I had to express my thanks to Nihad and his assistant for the wonderful treatment I received! I was very worried about having root canal treatment but he was amazing! Thank you very much!

After suffering with severe dental anxiety I contacted Riyo Dental due to toothache, turns out I had a large infection and needed a tooth out… I have never felt so at ease in a dentist, they have now cured my phobia and I’ll be back soon 👏👏😀

I was offered an appointment for the next day. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and professional. The dentist took time to explain the results of my x-rays in detail and answered all my questions and I was very reassured. All round excellent service which I would not hesitate to recommend. Dreaded dentists for years. Ended up with gum disease and needing two extractions. However, after two visits at Riyo & M Haque care & attention I feel so much better. Highly recommend Riyo 👍

I was experiancing bad toothache, the dentist had told me i needed to have a root canal done, the dentist and his assistant were amazing with me, they explained everything and gave me lots of reasurance about the procedure. They both were so patient with me, thankyou for making me feel so comfortable

Went in for an emergency appointment and had to get a tooth removed, all staff were very nice and the whole service was much appreciated. I am scared of the dentist but staff were calm and reassuring which helped a lot. Did ask for a stress ball to hold while I had the tooth removed which they didn’t have unfortunately but wouldn’t change my rating for that. Would recommend and would go back.
